What to include
- Bug reports: tell us which tool you were using, what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. The browser and device you're on (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone) helps us reproduce the issue.
- Tool requests: describe the task you're trying to do and a quick example of the input and the result you'd want. Many of our tools started as a request from someone like you.
- Feedback: anything that felt slow, confusing, or could be clearer is useful to us. Small details matter.
- Advertising & partnerships: let us know what you have in mind and we'll get back to you with details.
A note on privacy
Please don't paste sensitive personal information into an email to us — we only need enough to understand and resolve your request. Remember that our tools themselves run entirely in your browser and never send your text anywhere, so for tool-related issues a short description of the problem is usually all we need.
